What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into the updates form. We use it to send you development notes and studio updates for ELMNT Games. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to any other list.

Stored alongside it: the date you signed up, the ?ref= tag on the link you arrived through, if any, your browser's user-agent string, and your IP address with the approximate location (city, region, country) our host derives from it. We use the IP and location only to tell real signups from automated ones. That is the whole record.

What we do not do

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers on this site. Nothing here profiles you or follows you elsewhere.

Where it lives

Signups are stored encrypted, and are also emailed to the person who runs the updates list. The site is hosted by Vercel and email is sent through Postmark; both necessarily process the address in order to store and deliver it.

Removing yourself

Reply to any email we send you and ask — we delete the record and you will not hear from us again. You can ask for a copy of your record the same way.

We keep signups until you ask us to delete yours, or until the list is retired, whichever comes first.
